Admission is strictly according to the NWDoE (North West Department of Education).

  • Learner registration period for 2019 is from the 15th April 2018 until the 30th September 2018.

The following must be attached to your completed application: 

ü  A R200 application fee. NON REFUNDABLE.

ü  Three certified copies of your child’s birth certificate.

ü  Two certified copies of both parent’s ID documents.

ü  12 colour ID photos of learner and 1 for both parents, recently taken.

ü  Proof of postal and residential addresses.

ü  Certified copy of child’s latest report.

ü  Study permit if foreign applicant.

ü  A doctor’s report on physical conditions of learner.

ü  Printout of learner’s code of conduct (Behavioral Report) from current school.

  • Notification of Admissions:

Parents will be notified regarding successful applications by the end of the third quarter.

  • Uniforms:

All uniforms to be purchased at Mahommed, Lichtenburg.

  • Learners can wear their own natural hair or relaxed hair.
  • Learners can braid their hair; straight back or straight up.
  • No loose or single braids are allowed.
  • All braids must be shoulder length or shorter.
  • For MATRICS ONLY, weaves are allowed and single braids but only in acceptable colors (black, brown).


  • No make-up may be worn with school uniform, i.e. no eyeliner, no lipstick, no blush, no mascara.
